Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QRSync Pro infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access the platform. QRSync Pro provides enterprise-grade QR redirection, analytics, and branding infrastructure for commercial and personal marketing use.

2. Service Description

QRSync Pro offers two primary modalities of QR technology:

• Static QR Codes: Encoded directly with target information. These cannot be edited after creation and do not utilize our redirection infrastructure.
• Dynamic QR Codes: Utilize our global redirection engine. The target URL can be updated in real-time through the dashboard without changing the physical QR asset.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Usage of the platform is governed by tier-based subscriptions (Standard, Professional, Enterprise). Professional and Enterprise tiers require recurring payments processed through our third-party partner, Stripe. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in the downgrading of your account to the Standard tier, which may disable certain features like custom domain redirection.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use QRSync Pro solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our redirection infrastructure to:

• Direct users to phishing, spoofing, or deceptive websites.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other destructive technical assets.
• Engage in any form of unsolicited commercial communication (spam).
• Facilitate the sale of illegal goods or services.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of all campaign endpoints and account suspension without refund.

5. Custom Domains and Branding

Users on Professional and Enterprise tiers may utilize custom hostnames for their redirection links. You are responsible for the proper DNS configuration of these domains. QRSync Pro is not liable for campaign downtime resulting from incorrect user-side domain settings.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content and URLs provided to the platform. QRSync Pro retains all rights, title, and interest in our proprietary redirection engine, analytics dashboard, and visual brand assets.

7. Limitation of Liability

QRSync Pro provides the infrastructure on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from campaign downtime, redirection errors, or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
